She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Hamlett, Teresa Sapp (Gene), Barbara (George) and Darlene (Ken); her grandchildren, Matthew Hamlett, Kimberly Deaton, Tyler Hamlett, Taylor Sapp, Teresa Nickol, Donald Nickol, Angela Adams and Nikki Smith; and her siblings, LaNelle Richardson and Don Tarlton.
