She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Simpson and Margaret Hunter Simpson; and her husband Warren Burris Rogers, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Rogers of Waxhaw, Teresa Anderson (Steve) of Lancaster, SC, Veronica James of Monroe and John Rogers; her grandchildren, Amber McCoy of Rockingham, Brandon Anderson of Wingate, Sandy Sikorski of Virginia, Magan McCoy of Monroe, Michael Rogers of Waxhaw, Jessica Lordman of Southport, Keaton Anderson of Monroe and Sheyanne Anderson of Monroe; and her sisters, Lydia Young of York, SC and Mellany Belk of Unionville. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
