She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy P. Martin and Naomi Shannon Martin; her son Marc A. Rushing; her brothers-in-law, James H. Robinson Sr. and Ted Rushing; and her parents-in-law, Conley and Odessa Rushing.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy A. Rushing; her daughter Tania R. Craig (Jerry); her grandsons, Dalton Craig (Gracelyn Rape) and Brandon Craig; her sisters, Judy M. Melton (Doug), Billie Sue M. Robinson and Robin M. Hinkle (Bill); and her close friends, Donald and Teresa Purser. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care – Charlotte Region.
