We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2021, at the age of 70, Nyna F Cox (Monroe, North Carolina), born in Tallahassee, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Folsom and Nyna Folsom; her granddaughter Kelsee Cox; her siblings, Bill Folsom (Carol), Paul Folsom (Carole), Catherine Ray (Brent), Laura Mathis (Scott) and Dixie Otto (Ken); her sister-in-law Mary Ann Oldham (Lane); and her friends, Anzila Clark and Hildagae Strickland.
She is survived by: her husband Matthew Edward Cox, Sr.; her children, Anne Crawfis (Jeff), Cathy Bryant and Matthew Cox, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Brandi Way, RJ Bryant, Ziggy Bryant, Jay Crawfis and Matthew Cox, III.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nyna's favorite charities: Samaritan's Purse and the American Cancer Society.
