She is survived by: her father Jack Futch; her children, Zachary Futch and Kade Klegis; her sisters, Torie Helms (Justin) and Brandy Richardson (Justin Laney); her grandmother Mary Glenn; and her aunts and uncles, Jennifer Stermer, Allison Allen Rushing, Mae Ruth Sturdivant, Stanley Foley and Scotty Sturdivant.
