She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred J. Fowler; her parents, John Wesley and Myrtle Boone Starnes; her sisters, Peggy Keziah (Jack), Lorraine Ingle (James) and Louise Plyler (Moser); and also W. Ray Starnes.
She is survived by: her aunt Hillie; her nieces and nephews, Cynthia Ashley, Susan Pinson (Wayne), Jimmy Plyler (Barbie), Gail Plyler-Strong, Anita Phillips, Tony Starnes, Debbie Keziah (Wayne), Tim Keziah (Rita) and Vonda Locklear; her stepchildren, Phyllis Fowler Gray and Lamar Fowler of Atlanta; and her stepgrandchildren, Whitney Gray and Hunter Gray. She is also survived by friends and family members.
