She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Mackin; her son Patrick J. Mackin; and her son-in-law Steven Knott. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Knott of Charlotte, NC, Catherine Fuller (John) of Manchester, NJ, Daniel Mackin (LuAnn) of Manchester, NJ, Thomas Mackin (Maria) of Randolph, NJ and Madeline Braden (Scott) of Monroe, NC.; her grandchildren, Nicole (Rob), Jennifer, Jason, Daniel (Lauren), Aaron (Jillian), Matthew (Jaclyn), Christine (Maurice), Valerie (Scott), Scott, Kerri (Kaitlyn) and Victoria (Zackary); and her great grandchildren, Damonn, Avery, Irie, Truman, Brady, Patrick, Karalena, Jonathan, Reese, Finley, Madison, Hazel and Fiona.

Donations can be made to Saint Jude's Research Hospital and Shriners Hospital for Children in Madeline's name.
