She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Erastus Price and Mildred Haigler Price; her grandson William Lewis IV; her son-in-law Robert Hoerning; and her siblings, Joyce Stegall and Dwight Price.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Tim" Williams; her children, Lynn Lewis (Sam) of Monroe, Lori Kodikara (Jagath) of Indian Trail and Jennifer Baxley (Paul) of Athens, GA; her grandchildren, Samantha, Seth, Shea Kodikara, John, Maggie Lewis, Livy, Maria, Matthew and Caroline Baxley; and her close friends, Judy Johnson of Monroe, Ophelia and Jerry Sellers of Whiteville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law.
