It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Faye Balmer of Monroe, North Carolina, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Joy Faye shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joy Faye farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Conley; and her brother Charlie Conley. She is survived by: her mother Ethel Conley; her husband John Balmer; her daughters, Krystal Balmer and Tiffany Springer; her grandchildren, Reagan Springer, Mylee Faye Springer and Harper Springer; her sisters, Janet Tate and Melissa Greene; and her sister-in-law Barbara Lehew.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe (204 S Main St, Monroe, NC 28112).
