He was predeceased by: his parents, JC Jenkins and Pauline "Payne" Jenkins; his former wife Kathy Gaddy Jenkins (Betty Dennis Jenkins); his siblings, Dennis Guy Jenkins and Polly Ann Clark; his daughters, Cindy Jenkins Blackmon and Jamie Jenkins Chambers; and his granddaughter Thelma Michelle Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Thomas Jenkins; his sister Linda Jenkins Knight of Marshville, NC; and his sons, Dean Jenkins (LeAnn) of Marshville, NC. and Doug Anderson (Skyla) of Marshville, NC..
Due to Covid issues, the family will not receive friends prior to the service but will be available after the burial at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests to make donations to Philadelphia Baptist Church Building Fund, as his granddad helped build the original sanctuary of Philadelphia Baptist Church.
