He was predeceased by: his parents, E. G. Latham and Helen Mae Holloway Latham; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Fowler Latham and Tom McCaskill. He is survived by: his wife Judy Rushing Latham; his sons, Clancy Baucom (Kim) and Hunter Latham; his siblings, Roger Latham, David Latham (Manetta Williams), Helen Jane McCaskill and Lorna Price (Hank); and his granddaughters, Kendra Baucom, Callie Baucom, Carmen Baucom, Ellie Latham and Anna Latham.
