He was predeceased by : his parents, Esther Norris (Belk) and John C. Norris; and his wife Sally Davis Norris. He is survived by : his daughters, Dana Norris, Elizabeth Vance (Shawn), Kati Norris and Sarah Norris; his grandchildren, Abigail Norris-Young, Emma Young, Quinn Vance and Colton Vance; and his sister Elaine Pender.
