He was predeceased by: his parents, Brady Aldridge and Lula Mae Aldridge; and his siblings, Shirley Wallace, Lewis Aldridge and Billy Aldridge.

He is survived by: his son Kent Aldridge (Carrie); his grandchildren, Madeline Pennington and Jacob Aldridge; his great grandchild Hazel Pennington; and his siblings, Doris Miller, Bonnie Mangum, Martha Musselwhite, Ronnie Aldridge and Floyd Aldridge.
