He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jackson Perry and Ollie Mae Chaney Perry of Wingate, NC.; and his brother Donald C. Perry (Edie Perry). He is survived by: his children, John Todd Perry (Christina Perry) and Jill Perry Stamey (Johnny Stamey); his grandchildren, Brittany Chaney, Tori Chiles, Alexandra Bosch, Christopher Perry, Allison Stamey and Parker Perry; and his great grandchildren, Addison Chiles, Ryland Chiles and AnnElise Bosch.
