He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lee Thomas, Jr. (Michelle), Cindy Daniel (Steven) and Wendy Wortham (Matthew); his grandchildren, Robert Hafele, Stephanie Mahaney, Leann Blais, Hope Touchton, Frankie Thomas (Miki), Charmiqua Patterson and Kari Hamill; his great grandchildren, Makenna Mahaney, Maryssa Mahaney, Elizabeth Touchton, Wyatt Touchton, Connor Touchton, Oliver Hafele, Luka Hafele, Westin Thomas and Madyson Blais; and his sister Shirley Dickson.
