He is survived by: his parents, John Leak and Carrie Leak of Wingate, NC.; his daughters, Tanetra Barrett (Tiffanie), Daresha Barrett and Latisha Barrett; his grandchildren, Ariyana, Amari and Laiklen; his siblings, Ginger Ridley (Philip), Angela Jones (Patrick), Alfreda Green (Zack) and John Leak, Jr. (Sonia); and his fiancé Shirley Raley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, his beloved extended family and close friends.
