He was predeceased by: his parents, Erastus Greene and Margie McCoy Greene; and his sisters, Joyce Morgan and Audie Lee Thomas Joplin. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Greene (Anna) and Shana Smith (Jacob); his grandchildren, Phoenix Smith, Aiden Smith, Kayla Sebold, Jonathan Hilty, Alexis Vargas, Hallie Schaffer, James Pressley and Jada Pressley; his great grandchild Harrison Sebold; and his siblings, Charles Greene, Margaret Baucom, Sue Cox and Ercel Duncan.

Memorials may be made to Antioch Baptist Church, 6223 Love Mill Road, Monroe, NC 28110.
