Self of Monroe, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2024 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Self and Louise Self. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Self (Elizabeth), William Self (Jane) and Margaret Bowden; and her nieces and nephews, Reed, Allison, Roy (Robert), Virginia, Bryan (William) and Timothy (Margaret).
