He is survived by: his mother-in-law Debra King Philemon; his wife Debra King Philemon; his children, David (Alison), Darrel (Shana), Stephanie (James), Tina (Greg), Michael Jr. (Tina), Donna and Rich; his grandchildren, Abby, Austin, Shayla, Courtney, Marybeth, Chloe, Heath, Rayleigh, James Jr., Rozella, Drake, Aubrey, Katie, Holly, Dean and Conner; and his siblings, Douglas (Sheila), Danny (Gayle), Jerry (Carolyn), Wanda (Mitchell), Larry (Jean), Buddy (Cynthia), Phyllis (Rick) and Jackie (Kammy).
