He was predeceased by: his father James Kenneth Mills. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Starnes Harris; his daughter Kayla Madison Mills of Jefferson, SC; his siblings, Ronnie Quates of New Mexico, Jesse Emmette of Monroe, NC., Robert Mills of Monroe, NC. and Jessica Mills of Pageland, SC; and his godchildren, Avrionna Hough and Joshua Hough.
