He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee Hartis and Patricia Simpson Hartis. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry, Bob, Doug and Ann; his wife Brenda Hinson Hartis; his daughters, Tamara Denise Hartis, Rheanna Hartis-Shelton (Micah), Polly and Baby; his grandchildren, Crystal, Eric, Brittany, Madison, Dylan, Leeland, Jesse and Shauwna; and his great grandchildren, Eric Jr., Sophia and Baby Helms.
