We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2021, at the age of 87, Jackson Helms of Monroe, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Lucern Helms and Seena Adeline Helms; and his siblings, Rachel McGee, Carolyn Purser, Thomas, Joseph Helms and Mary Helms.
He is survived by: his wife Merle Collins Helms of Monroe, NC; his children, Jackson Helms Jr., Mary Helms, Gema and Grant Helms; and his sisters, Margaret Helms, Patricia Jenkins, Martha Helms and Gail Jacobs. He is also survived by great-grand children.
