She was predeceased by: her parents, Pink McKinley and Ruby Rebecca Stephenson Carnes; and her husband William. She is survived by: her children, William Tyre "Billy" Williams, Jr. of Monroe and Janet Breeding (Wayne) of Rockingham; her sister Lindy Cockman, Jr. (Claudia) of Rockingham, NC; her grandchildren, Lindsey Cunningham (Tyler) of Lancaster, SC and Jonathan Daniels (Marlene); her great grandchildren, McKinley, Cooper, Wyatt Tyre Daniels and Riley Breeding; her grandson Dax Breeding of Apex, NC; her family, Chris Cockman (Angie), Steven Cockman (Caroline) and Iris; and her aunt Christian.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (2518 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
