He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen; and his son Rick Teeter. He is survived by: his children, Randy Teeter (Vickie) of Lillington, NC, Cathy "Hoppy" Harkey (Tim) of Waxhaw, NC and Melanie Overcash of Stallings, NC; his grandchildren, Julie Teeter, Jamie Harkey, Jodi Harriman, Jeremy Teeter, Jennifer Hefner and Hilary Overcash; and his sister Carrie Hyland.
