He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Alexander Meadows Sr. and Katie Covington. He is survived by: his daughters, Taffy Meadows Rankin of Monroe, NC and Teresa Meadows Hayes (Cassius-Clay) of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by Six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
