He is survived by: his wife Karen Long Heath; his children, George Scott Heath, III and Erica Yvonne Courtney; and his siblings, Joseph Crane Heath, Patricia Scott Heath Anderson and Hilda Sandara Coates. He is also survived by two nieces, seven nephews, and seven grandchildren.
