He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stowe Spratt Jr. and Margaret Holton Spratt; and his son Daniel Stowe Spratt. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Watson Spratt; his son Josh Stowe Spratt; his sisters, Gail Spratt Holford (Del) and Mary Ann Spratt Green (Mark); and his close friend Dakota.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Oakboro Church of God at 712 N. Main St, Oakboro, NC 28129 or Hospice of Union County at 700 W Roosevelt Blvd, Monroe, NC 28110.
