She was predeceased by: her parents, W. L. Underwood and Mary Kiser Underwood; her husbands, Albert T. Helms Sr. and Donald Belk Sr.; and her grandson Albert Helms III.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Rodgers, Deborah Estridge (Randy), Albert Helms (Cindy) and Donna Peshel (David); her sister-in-law Faye Underwood; and her grandsons, Jason Eudy (Mary Jane), Greg Eudy (Julie) and Richard Poplin (Alina).
