He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Jr. Harrell and Thelma Rushing. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Harrell; and his children, Larry Harrell Jr. (Mekisha Gaither) of Monroe, NC and Sharon Harrell (Terrence Little) of Wadesboro, NC. He is also survived by four grandchildren along with other relatives and friends.
