She was predeceased by: her mother Florine Ginn Dowdle. She is survived by: her father John H. Dowdle, Sr.; her husband Charlie Bell; her children, Ashton and Taylor (Taylor); and her siblings, John Dowdle, Jr. (Cynthia), Richard Dowdle (Sandy) and Karen Vance (Todd). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
