She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyle Williams and Velma Cook; her stepfather Ralph "Dusty" Cook; and her grandson Adam Beachum. She is survived by: her husband Roy Thomas; her daughters, Denise Hathcock (Robert), Debbie Horne (Tim), Darlene Beachum (Darrel) and Angie Boyd (Ken); and her grandchildren, Kris Hathcock, Misty Horne Beachum (Clay Barrett), Dusty Horne (Lindsey), Megan Horne Perkins (Tony), Alexis Beachum Leasure (Patrick), Austin Beachum (Gabby), Ava Beachum, Jonathan Williams, Jamethen Williams, Danielle Boyd, Justin Boyd and Hannah Beachum. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Union County.
