He was predeceased by: his wife Iris D. Smith; and his children, Thomas Lee Smith (Bonnie), Tina Martin (John), Anthony "Tony" Smith, Jeffrey T. Smith (Ginger) and Jonathan T. Smith (Jennifer).
He is survived by: his siblings, Sheila (Charles), Lynn (Danny) and Eddie (Trish); his grandchildren, Jessica Martin, Hanna Martin, Anthony Smith (Ashley), Tyler Smith (Courtney), Zacary Smith, Zailey Smith, Abigail Smith, Rachel Smith and Anna Smith; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Martin, Gannon Smith, Haven Smith, Liam Smith and Abel Smith.
