We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2021, at the age of 90, Doris Hazel Hilton of Monroe, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Whiteford and Fannie Broome Helms; her husband Robert Jackson; her granddaughter Elizabeth Hilton Dountas (Liz); and her siblings, Lucille Griffin and Paul Neal Helms.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Goodfellow (Mick) of Charlotte, Ginger Ufland of Monroe and Robert "Eddie" Hilton (Robin) of Midland; her granddaughter Katie Hilton; her grandson-in-law Chris Dountas; and her siblings, Robert Helms, Rachel Tyson and Carol Seibel.

She was saddened that, because of her health and the Covid-19 pandemic, she was unable to work the 2020 tax season.
