He was predeceased by: his parents, Reid, Jr. Starnes and Mary Frances Starnes. He is survived by: his siblings, Dickie (Jean), Jimmy (Beverly), Larry, Billy (Bobbie), Martha (Ernest), Libby and Jeffery (Betsy); and his brother-in-law Ray Helms. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holland Funeral Service (806 Circle Dr, Monroe, NC 28112). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
