He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cullivan and Marguerite Cullivan; his brother Jimmy Cullivan; his brother-in-law Don Donaldson; his stepson Danny Strickland; his grandson Jeremy Strickland; and his significant other Jean Lee.
He is survived by: his sister Susan Donaldson; his daughter Jennifer Rodriguez (Patrick); and his stepchildren, Debra Proffitt (Mike), Christy Lee Bergeron and Joey Strickland (Jennifer). He is also survived by three nieces, a nephew, nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson.
