Jim Hill wrote a sympathy message

“Bud was already retired as a Monroe post office clerk when I transfered to Monroe. He was a part-time rural carrier after his retirement. Bud was a lot of fun with his dry humor. Never a dull moment around him. Fond memories for sure. So sorry for your loss. God bless his family. With my deepest respect, Jim Hill”
