With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Curtis McGuirt (Monroe, North Carolina), who passed away on February 7, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis McGuirt and Ethel McGuirt; and his siblings, Nay McGuirt, Pat Connell and Margaret Williamson.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Little McGuirt; his children, Amy Pate (Joe), Beth Willis (Byron), Jeff Autry (Susan) and Kristy Derrick (Parker); and his grandchildren, Abby, Caroline, Bailey, Reagan, Paxton, Weston and Everly.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Monroe or Hospice of Union County.
