She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Allen Hill and Viola Preslar Hill; her husband Joe Blair Mills; and her siblings, Craven Hill, Opal Hill Carpenter Deese and Evelyn Hill O'Brien.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim M. Mills; and also, Sue Cook, Melissa Moss and Chaplain Ron Honeycutt.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the church of the donor's choice.
