We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2021, at the age of 77, Charles Rodney Boutwell of Monroe, North Carolina, born in Santa Clara, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles Rodney Boutwell Sr. and Gladys Cordella Campbell Boutwell; and his brother Paul Boutwell. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia E. Boutwell; his children, John Boutwell (Hilary) and Donna Ratliff (Brian); his siblings, Gloria Bynes (Sandy) and Phil Boutwell (Sue); and his grandchildren, Rebekah Hamilton (Trey), Holly Zabloski (Ross), Joshua Ratliff (Allison), Emma Boutwell, Ethan Boutwell and Gavin Boutwell.
