He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Howard of Waxhaw, NC, Amber Campbell (Jared) of Tega Cay, SC and Emily Belcher of Matthews, NC; his son-in-law Harvey Belcher (Katie) of Waxhaw, NC; his siblings, Viola Howard of Albemarle, NC, Gary Howard (Helen) of Wingate, NC and Keith Howard (Pam) of New Salem, NC; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Howard of Charlotte, NC and Katherine Howard of Marshville, NC; and his grandchildren, Candice Deese (Kanan), Tyler Helms, Lillie Belcher, Charlie Campbell, Carter Belcher, Cole Campbell, Claire Campbell, Stella Belcher, Hailey Belcher and Ivan Belcher.
