He was predeceased by: his parents, Wriston Lee and Martha Strawn Hill. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Glenn Hill; his children, Charles David Hill (Kim) of Belmont and Lori Watkins (Rick) of Monroe; his sister Judy Simpson (Keith) of Monroe; and his granddaughter Leslie Putnam.
