We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021, at the age of 67, Charles Edward Gessner of Monroe, North Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Herman Gessner Sr. and Lucille Williams Gessner; and his siblings, Sandra Gessner Cook and Fred Gessner Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Julie Cook Gessner; his sisters, Kay Austin (James) of Monroe and Nancy Hines (Dan) of Indian Trail; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Gessner of Monroe and Randy Cook of Monroe. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews and Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Novant Health Rowan Medical Center Foundation, 130 Mocksville Ave., Salisbury, NC 28144.
