He is survived by: his wife Mary Babcock (Fitser); his daughters, Dana Williams (Fletcher Phillips) and Kara Babcock; his grandchildren, David (Meg), Kiara, Taya Covington and Shayla Babcock; his great grandchildren, Lela, Charley, Malcolm Covington and Devin McNeil Jr.; and his brother Robert Gary Babcock (Carolyn).
