He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Kepley and Helen Carter Kepley; and his siblings, Gary Stephen Kepley, Angie Thompson (Tim) and Brian Kepley (Jorge).
He is survived by: his wife Beth Watts Kepley; and his children, Randy Kepley (Teresa) and Kristi Kepley Nkanza of Maryland.
