She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Faye Ellen Brooks Mullis and Calvin Mullis; her husband Donald H. Rowell; her children, Michael H. Rowell and Michelle R. Starnes; her grandchildren, Zachary H. Rowell of Boca Raton, FL, Spencer M. Rowell (Jordan), Emily S. Ross (Daniel Ross) of Dawsonville, GA, Brayden Starnes and Lanie Starnes; her parents-in-law, Kathleen Mullis (Brooks) of Goodview, VA, Ted Broome (Patt) and Brenda Mullis (Lee); and her friend Helen Clayton (Monroe). She was also cherished by the youngest of 14 siblings and cousins.
