It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Marlene Erickson (Monroe, North Carolina), born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Cicero and Bessie Holler Hunsucker; her husband Irvin B. Erickson, Sr.; her son Irvin B. Erickson, Jr.; and her siblings, George Hunsucker, Howard Hunsucker, Ruby Kincaid, Doloris Earley and Faye Yaude.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Stegall (Tom), David Erickson (Martha) and Mark Erickson (Teri); her daughter-in-law Betty Erickson; and her grandchildren, Jeff Erickson, Jeremy Erickson, Brian Erickson, Melissa Erickson Ivey, Olaf Erickson, Kelen Erickson Barrett, Adam Stegall and Matthew Stegall. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
