He is survived by: his wife Sherry Kueppers; his daughters, Carolyn D. Rademaker (Jeffrey), Barbara J. Kueppers and Kathy D. Carrell (Scottie); his grandchildren, Kirstyn Rademaker, Joshua Miles, Nicholas Rademaker and Zachary Miles (Dalton); and his sister Hazel Holm. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
