He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gibson; his siblings, John Gibson and Janie Hornrine; his sons, Darren Gibson (Sharon) of Wingate, NC., Scott Gibson of Wingate, NC. and Chris Gibson of Wingate, NC.; his grandchildren, Amanda, Lauren, Brittany, Logan, Hunter and Maggie; his great grandchild Allison Lee; his niece Julie Gibson Tarlton (Buck); his great-nephews, Shane and Dylin; and also Jordan.
