He is survived by: his wife Sylvia "Sam" McCarley Wells Mills; his children, Parker Mills Jr. (Tracy), Susan Mills Echols, Jennifer Mills Hissam (Ken) and Debbie Mills Ferguson (John); his stepchildren, Jim Wells (Michelle) and Debbie Custer (Barney); his grandchildren, Morgan Mills Modaff (Jake), Allie Mills Intemann (Dylan), Louise Mills (Brian), Hannah Echols, Lauren Echols, Rachel Hissam, Carter Hissam, Baxter Hissam, Julia Wall, Jackson Wall, Jacob Ferguson, Joel Ferguson, Carley Wells, Jimmy Wells, Byron Custer and Carson Custer; and his great grandchild Claire Modaff. He is also survived by his children, his grandchildren and his friends.
