She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Broome and Mary Kee Broome; her husband Olin Helms; and her siblings, Horace Broome and Freida Ennis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Dove (Jerry) and Kathy Helms (David); her siblings, Franklin Broome (Vera) and Linda Long; her granddaughters, Andra Browning (Dodd), Sarah Moore (Kevin) and Katie Helms; and her great grandchildren, Krislyn Browning, Caison Browning and Miranda Moore.
